Hi, I have been cutting with the Graphtec Studio CE6000-40 for a month or so. I love it, except I have troubles with the software from time to time. I am just running the basic software with Windows 8. I don't have Adobe Illustrator or no other "plug in" for the software. It is just simply the software that came with the cutter. My problem is when I have my design up and I go to the Matrix page and ask it for more rows or columns it immediately says something like the Graphtec has stopped working and Windows will close the program. EVERYTIME....what is going on? Anyone know?

Did you figure out what was causing the problem ?

I have the same problem and my software has been updated. I use corel x7. I just have to step down to corel 3 and send to d ce6000-60 using another computer
