Need help! Flatbed moving in wrong direction!!!

Hello T-Shirt Forum Community,

I'm building a DIY DTG printer from an Epson 1430. I overcame a lot of obstacles on the way, but this one has me stumped! The flatbed moves front to back instead of back to front. Anyone out there know what's going on?

If I can get this questioned answered I'll have a few more to throw at you. :) Thank you.
