Thanks for the offer. I'm just being lazy/I got a lot of work to do. I could recreate this on my own. I'm a graphic designer myself. I was just wanting to cheat... lol. I was wondering if maybe there's a stroke like this or a vector somewhere. I tried a trace in Illustrator and Corel, but it's kind of a low res image and detail gets lost. Any tips?

And just because I'm curious, what would you charge for something like that?

U could redraw as a straight line and apply a warp effect. U could redraw it as it is. A final option would be to look into how the decorative border brush works and learn how to utilize that tool. I would have to do some research into that too.

How much would I charge? Could be $50 - $100 I guess.

The simple thing that you can do is find a stock photo of the similar image and use it as a brush. Then use an ellipse tool to create a circle and use the brush that you have created. Then use the rectangle select tool on the center of the circle and press delete on your circle layer. I guess you can get similar design with this steps. Correct me if I'm wrong.

That image traces just fine in Corel.
