Need help finding a printing company that can print over entire shirt front and back to hem

258 Views 9 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  Rodney
Hello,
I am looking to print a specific design that covers an entire black t-shirt front and back and sleeves. It should emcompass the entire shirt to the hem.

Can anyone recommend a printing company capable of doing this? I would ideally like to find a place that can print by the order and drop ship.

What type of printing does this require?

Please post here. I cannot read pm. Thank you!

Hi Anastasia.

I can do it.

I'll need more information though.

How many colors?
How many shirts?
What kind of shirts?
What does the art look like?
When do you need it?

If you can provide some more information, I can give you a price quote.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure any screen printer can do the job that you requested. It could be a pain to setup, but it ultimately will come down to experience and price.

Cheers,

Kevin

I am looking for the same thing, but more local. Is there a place in the Bay Area in Northern California that is able to do this? I'm starting a clothing line and the focus is on large graphics in order to make a statement. I'm also looking for the highest quality, as in American Apparel Tees to print on, and having the longest lasting tees as far as graphics and the tee quality goes. I'm new to all of this, so any words would help.
Hierdex:

We run a printing shop in El Monte as well. Regrettably, it's a few hours from the Bay Area. We do have American Apparel shirts in stock and available wholesale. Shipping would be one business day.

If you're interested, we can talk via PM. Printing wouldn't be a problem. We'll have to discuss pricing and logistics.

Thanks for your time,
Kevin

Quick note: hi guys, please try to take note what "section" of the forum a post is made in. If someone is looking to hire a designer or t-shirt printer outside of the Referrals and Recommendations area, please do not offer your services in the post. Instead, it's best to hit the "report bad post" button and ask for the thread to be moved to the proper section so you may respond to it without worrying about our no self promotion guidelines. Thanks :)

Hi Sean, contact Dan at Forward Printing in Oakland. They do oversized prints and specialize in water based pruning which is great for clothing lines:Forward Printing - Screen Printing - custom t-shirt printers reviewed at PrinterListings.com

You can find a list of comapanies that do "all over" printing here: http://www.t-shirtforums.com/screen-printing/t8891.html

Just contact them directly to get quotes on your designs
Is there anyone that can drop ship by the order? Or at least print by the order?
Hi there - we aren't in the Bay Area, but in SoCal and could help you out - you can see some samples of work we have done our website. Let me know how we might be able to help.

Thanks,

Dave

What do you mean "by the order"?

If you mean single pieces...the answer would be no. Screen printing has to be done in bulk because of the lengthy setup process.

But some companies will print in bulk and warehouse the printed t-shirts for you and ship them out to your customers as the orders come in. You have to ask the screen printer if they offer "fulfillment" services.
