Also I would like to know if i should go with a vinyl cutter or do that new self weeding? has anyone used it yet? this would be for colored shirts..

And any other advice you would give me before going to place like a 200 dollar order?

We would recommend the Gildan.

I prefer the Gildan T but either will be more than passable for typical runs. If you have a cutter and your design in simple I would stick with the cut vinyl as the decoration method.

If you plan on retagging, know that Beefy's are going tagless. It will make it very difficult to have your own label. I have stopped using them for this reason.
