Need help... and fast!!

I had a customer contact me tonight wanting 20 shirts to start, but that could move to hundreds. He's wanting his logo on the front pocket are and the back of the shirt. For me, its extremely detailed. I'm set up for HTV at the moment and plan on having a screen press next week. I have him waiting for me to give him a quote. I have contracted bulk orders and screenprint orders out in the past with great success. But... the problem is... he mentioned he used them for his last shirt order. 1) If my customer is shopping elsewhere, I dont want to do him wrong by going to the place he left. 2) I dont particularly want the guy doing my bulk orders thinking Im taking jobs from him. Does anyone here know of any options? I sent SEMO an email and am waiting for a response, but I am not sure, as I have not used them yet. I tried their sample pack and was pleased with the results. But... knowing he has had screenprinting done in the past, I also dont want to shoot him a price thats too out of range. Any help would be appreciated!! What would you do?? I have attached a pic of the design.

Whatever you decide, I'd ignore the hint of hundreds of shirts that may follow the 20 shirt order. This is a known ploy to drive down prices then find you only get to print the original 20 shirts.

Too complex a design to consider screen printing on a low volume of 20.
Either sub out to a DTG printer or order some form of inkjet/laser/solvent transfer. You should be able to get both front and back logos' onto the same sheet, so will be able to make some profit on charging for two prints.
I agree with both, If you screen print this it needs to be in the 100's. For us we wouldn't do this for only 20 shirts.
Very true. I agree with you that it may never happen again. But... there's always the possibility, and starting out, I can use all the work I can get.
i agree sub that out especially if you are just doing htv right now.. F&M expressions does plastol transfers. then you just wait for them to arrive and press on the shirt.

or 5 shirts for the 100 shirt price

20 is too low for my liking, but as you are into vinyl business...this looks like the perfect job for the "3G Jet-Opaque"

i agree with this, worth a shot...make one, put it thru a wash n dry cycle and ask the customer if its all good
Didnt even think about that. I just looked it up and looks like it could be perfect for what I need. I contacted the customer again and I may do a 1 off to see the outcome. Thanks for the input!
