need font help

Can anyone tell me what font is used in this logo? I have a local burger joint that wants the same font and I can't get my finger on it.

Have you checked the font sites? 1001fonts, dafont, urbanfonts? Start with those.

I did, but can't seem to find the right one. I have seen this font before, but can't remember where. i guess that's a sign of getting old!

Please check whatfontis.com .. It has solved a lot of problems for me ...

&
brush script
fonts.

the first thing that popped into my head was "comic sans", but that's not it.
