Need contract silk screener & embroidery

Hi-

I am looking for someone to do contract silk screening & embroidery. Clear structuring on price levels, reasonable turn-a-round (2 weeks after final artwork, option for rush order) & effective communicator.

Must be able to provide electronic proofs. Being located in California would be best, but not a deal breaker if you aren't. I can supply the blanks.
