I need small and large paper in JPSS. I haven't tried it yet so where are the best places to get samples, and then the best places to buy?

No they do not have JPSS for darks it is only for lights. Try www.coastalbusiness.com or www.t-shirtsupplies.com they are preferred vendors.
If they don't have JPSS for lights, what is the best paper for darks?
Imageclip is the only one I have tried but if you use the search feature at the top you will find threads on others. Also visit those sites I linked to in the above post will help you as well.
