Need air compressor for Sportsman EX 10/12

What's the smallest, most inexpensive compressor I would need for a new Sportsman EX 10-color/ 12 station... servo drive & electric heads.

Specs say 255 l/min (9cfm)

Not quite sure what I'm shopping for.
Also need an inexpensive chiller!
