hello,
i am starting a mma line of clothing and wanted to know what type of t shirts i should use. I was thinking of using bare apparal but the total costs of the shirts with printing , tagging, etc would be about $15 per shirt which i am fine with because it would be a top quality shirt. The thing is i see a lot of the top mma lines use just regular ringspun cotton shirts which are only $3-4 for each shirt which would bring the overall cost per shirt down to around $8-$9 each, but these shirts that these top mma lines use (the regular ringspun cotton shirts-no dye, no grinded look) are considered top qaulity shirts and are still selling in the $35-$50 range without the shirts being garmet dyed and grinded for that vintage look.Would it be wise to just use 30/1 ringspun cotton or pay more for garmet dyed and grinded shirts. Anyone use either type for a mma shirt before.I will be using water based ink and discharge printing for the shirts. Has anyone used either of these for both types of shirts i mentioned. Thanks for any advice and god bless!!!!:)

in my opinion. using regular ring spun tees are gonna make your line look like a regular run of the mill tee line. using dyed and grinded will make your line look far more legit. and will make the tees worth that extra money in the end. noone wants to pay $40 for a Gildan or Hanes tee but for a super soft dyed and grinded its worth it.

could you send me a link to the dyed and grinded your ordering i'm trying to get more styles to print on.

Hi, Mike

I would like to act an customer to express my viewpoints. If there are many kinds of t-shirts i can choose from, but they are regular tees, same logo designs, same prices. I prefert to by the ones w/ garment dyed or grind for a special look, even to spend more. Just looking for uniqueness.
