I have a problem screen printing on a stiff felt (close to pennant material) the material is drinking the ink even after two passes. Still the print doesn't look good at all. Newbie on this, any advice would greatly be appreciated.

I would try using a solvent based ink. A gloss vinyl or multi-purpose air dry ink. It may set up on top of rather than into the fabric.

no it doesn't, just on this stiff felt.
