Hello all, I am wondering what everyone thinks is the best manual machine to buy for my t-shirt printing business? Any suggestions that anyone has will help. I am about to purchase a machine and would like to know which one works the best!

depends on the money you have and what kind of registration you would like. If you like joy stick registration, Hopkins presses are good. Light weight and once you're use to the registration, you can set them up quickly. The only thing that sucks is the off contact. Nuts and bolts... but for the money it's a good press. If you have the cash to blow, you'll never go wrong with an M&R Camellion. Beautiful press!!! But not cheap. If you can find one used go for it! Great micro reg and dile off contact. oh yeh.... :)

i would reccomend looking for used stuff, theres alot of people that think screen printing is a cakewalk. when they realize its not they sell there equipment. i got my first set up for $6000. it was in almost new condidtion. it retailed for about $20,000. you can get a used m&r chameleon for $4000. i would rather have used one than alot of other new machines. just something to keep in mind:)

Ive also heard bad things about workhorse, but i cannot confirm, since i havent used one. I will tell you dont even think about getting a machine from caps screenprinting, complete garbage, at least there orange machines are, not to sure about there new stuff, but it looks even worse if you ask me
