Hi everyone
I've just bought DreamJet 329. My first tests with korean inks were great but only before first wash. I printed on white T shirt 100% cotton with different using of heart press (160 for 1 min,180 for 2 min). I think the problem is bed inks and I'm going to buy DuPont Artistri. Or something wrong with post printing? What can you say about it?

That strange, I'm using the same inks that Dreamjet offers for some time now and I don't have any problems with it. Although I Now realizes that I never wash tested white shirts only darks with white ink and they were perfect.

What resolution are you printing?

It may be t shirt problem. On some low quality shirts there is a lot of fibrillation after wash and the image is getting very dull.

And how long do you fix it by heart press? and what temperature?

45 second 165 Celsius medium pressure for whites and 2 minutes for darks with light pressure.

What brand of shirts are you using ?

And brand of the heat press ?

The heart press is Adkins. T-shirt we used for tests were Sol's but we are going to work with Continental.

Boguslav, thank you very much for information. I changed settings as you said and the tests are getting better. But still I think that ink is far from perfect and want to buy Dupont to be sure that I do my best.
