Need a Magento Expert to help with links on a slider

I have a slider.. and I cannot figure out how to change the links. This seems like it would be easy but for whatever reason my DW CS5 cannot read the files in Mangeto.. so I searched the code and cannot find it... wasn't even sure where to look. If you are a magneto guru and think you can help I'd def be interested in hiring you on a continual basis for the things I cannot figure out. THanks!
