Thanks for looking, I couldn't find it anywhere either.

It looks like Copperplate Bold and you would just have to make an "a" by typing a "o" , outline it and ad a triangle to it. Then merge it all. Or live trace the "a" from your sample and then size it to fit your text. "Copperplate" offers the really round "o" and "c" plus the lower case is just a smaller upper case. Hopefully this works
