I'm doing sublimation on neck gaiters and was wondering what type of board people are using. I currently have some heavy weight paper that's been taped together but it isn't very efficient when trying to put it inside the gaiter. I tried using the really thin boards we use for our socks but was getting white lines on the edges of the board. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Conde has a video on their site and they are using simple cover paper. Takes her about 30 seconds to insert.
