Looking to source these parts that are missing on a carousel I purchased, does enyone know what they would be called?
Parts 14 and 12 in the first Image.

If it helps these are what I'm looking for, searched every term I could think of but I'm out of ideas.

1. If you haven't already, contact the manufacturer and have them send you the correct pieces.

2. Meantime, use a coin. Not elegant, but will work.

14 are cup washers.
12 is just a regular fastener, but you will have to match the thread size.
