OK so I bought a Xerox 6110N printer, as recommended on the forums here.
Firstly, the yellows, purples etc seem to be really dark, as though its putting black over the top of them. Next I printed onto plain paper to test a new design out (because I keep having to play with the colours until they print similar to how they look on screen), and the dark blue, which was a lot darker than the royal on the screen had pink streaks through them. Every print the pink seemed to move to the right across the page, and it took 35 prints before the pink had disappeared across the right edge of the page, but I'm still left with the darker-than -they're-supposed-to-be colours.
It only came out of the box 3 days ago, I've printed maybe 60 pages in total since I had it. What am I doing wrong?? I've tried the troubleshooter, but it tells me I might be using the wrong paper (I'm on the printer default settings, using 80g/m2 paper), its driving me insane
Any help gratefully received
Thanks Kelly
