My Registerd Trademark is advertised all over the web

It seems that the name Home School is so popular now, that a lot of people are looking for Tshirts with Home School on the front of them, since the name is so common, would that still be considered infrigement. Even the web sites I buy Tshirts from have a selection of Home School Tshirts, is that legal.

If you have a registered trademark, you would probably want to hire an intellectual property rights attorney about the issue.
