It works. Not something I would wear personally, but it looks pretty good. Not sure how it will look when printed, though. Screenprinters: Wouldn't this be pretty challenging to print?
I've seen screen printers handle prints with a lot of halftone dotting.... I think the bg could be halftone gradients as well as halftone blending for the jellyfish I think.
