Thank you very much for your comments. Monday each of them will be discuss. I plan on spending some big bucks to make this work, not only on the web big heavy advertising on radio and bill boards and ads on the back of over the road trucks...Again thank you and feel free to contact me anytime. Ps the 20% is the commission one earns when we sell the product on our site. The folk that buy the hot works will make a lot of extra cash during the election year, left or right. Thumbs up or down.
Hot words will come from the daily news.
Booster clubs will earn a robust 50% commission as a fund raiser.
Small town politicians that can't buy 1000 car stickers can use this as a fund raiser as well.
Thanks again

How do you grant ownership of the phase/statement? I don't get it, Dave. For $4.99 you can't plan on C or TM'ing (as appropriate), can you? What about the fact that many short phrases or statements can't be C'd or TM'd. Please splain... thank you. :)

Kelly the "ownership" is for our site only.IE; If you are the first to pick and purchase a certain word or phrase/statement you become the owner of same on our site, www.ifyouagree.com
. We offer the product that you bought for sale on our site and everytime we sell one you get the 20% or for fundraising, 50%. No TM or copyright is involved on are site. I hope this answers your concern.

Yes, that answers it. After reading just the site, though, I was not clear if an actual C or TM was being filed with the proper offices or not.

Since I was not clear on that, maybe you should ask some others, a little informal survey, to find out if they are clear it's not as to whether an officially C or TM will be filed on their behalf at copyright.gov or trademark.gov, or if they understand it is but a website "ownership", like first come first serve "On this website" situation... ... because the verbiage might be seen as confusing or misleading to some, and that could cause a disgruntled customer or two or more.

Since this is site review, I'm going to suggest taking another look at that wording, and see if you want to be "more" specific about that, because of complications that could arise due to confusion/misinterpretation. Best wishes and thanks for the response to my Q, Dave.
