My ink just doesnot work right

Hi guys,

Thank you all for your help since I have joined the forum.
My business is going so great except one big problem.
My regular ink I am using is InkTec Premium (heat transfer ink) is not working great. I test & test for thousand times with different time & Fahrenheit degree, but the results stayed the same. after 3 - 4 times of washing, the colors fade badly:mad:. Does anybody experience the same as I am. Please share your opinion.

Are the inks pigment or dye? Pigments are colorfast. If you are located in the states, check out www.inkjetcarts.us.

I am using Ink (Heat transfer ink) & I am trying out with pigment ink (both from Inktec brand). Is dye better?

No dye is not as good as pigments for transfers.
