my heat press in not heating enough

it started happening today, it is raising the temp up to 72C but not reaching more than that

I dont know what it might be..did you contact the peeps you got it from.
I see allimageprinting.com looks like they fix presses that arent their brand (AIP) so maybe they can fix it for you...and they're in Canada.
Hope you get it worked out.

actually my press is from them, i contacted benjamin and they will send the piece that need to be repaired...

supposedly it was the heat controller, the black part with the orange piece on the right of the video, everything is working but for some reason the little devil is not sending the information to the resistance (well that's what i believe anyway)

just a quick update... i receive the heat controller and replace it (really easy... no brain on it just plug and play) but nothing happened, i contact Benjamin again and he said "if is not that, I know what it is" and next day he send me the Relay (took like three days for been here thanks to the courier company that lost it, let's call them "dudePS" to keep them anonymous) anyway the relay was matter of welding two wires and voila, heat transfer machine working as new!

You sure the failure of this part wasn't because of an electrical surge.
well i got the machines conected to a surge protector and an ups... i think it was just abuse... i have been working the blood out of them last months
