never done this before so I played it safe & did 1 color!:D What do you guyz think? Im removing the tags & printing my logo.
Don't downplay single color. Takes as much care and technique as multicolor.

You sound AMPED! Just gettin' started and already rippin' tags and branding your own gear :D

I like that it's a smaller, center chest design too. Nice departure from the huge allover stuff.

And when you print your tags, if you print the shirt size, you can do multiple logo/shirt size on one screen.
Like S M L across one end the XL XXL XXXL on the other end.

Thanx guys, I did plan on making all the label/sizes on 1 screen!

Looks great OG !

I'm printin my own tags too

Couple things to consider - shirts with tear away tags - I just ordered a ton and I'm real happy with em (Tultex)

Also, I'm printing my own plastisol transfers for doing my tag prints
Far less messin around than doing em on press
Hat presses are super cheap and work great for this purpose
(I also have a shirt press, but I'm using the hat press for the tag prints)

I can get a ton of tags on a single 12.5" x 12.5" tranfer sheet, so it's super efficient - and fast

Just some thoughts.

Great print - One hit? P/F/P ? Just curious.

You know I need to find this site I came across a while back that had a bunch of printed tag samples. Niiice stuff.

OK, when you tear away the tags, is there any left or they tear clean with no trace?

Great job.. Nice design.. I love doing 1 color jobs.. I would love having 1 color jobs all day every day.. But I enjoy the challenge of multiple colors.. I have screen printed on and off since 1989 and I still feel like I have plenty to learn...even an old dog can learn new tricks.

Tiny little spots one some, others are perfectly clean.
Sometimes the top edge is left behind, up above the seam, but enough is left from the tear that it just barely shows 'specks'.
I'm sure I could even get that it I was concerned with it, but I'm not.

Definitely acceptable.
