Contact "Direct Color Systems" they are the original manufactures, the Veloci-Jet is a rebranded 1324 Solvent Printer. Since the 1324 is a solvent printer, not really designed for DTG maybe Direct Color Systems is more qualified to help you with your issues.

Are they still offering the T-Jet's? I thought the parts for that printer where no longer available.

It's too bad that you removed your original posts with the issues so people could see *exactly* what the issue was and how it got resolved.
If you have a post with your honest experience to share...share it.
The forums shouldn't be used as a weapon just to get leverage with a company with the promise of removing your honest feedback later if they fix the problem.
That doesn't help others reading see what issues might arise or how a company handles issues that come up.
