I create in Illustrator, export as .dxf, and then open the files in Graphtec Studio when I'm ready to cut.

PROBLEM: For the last week, if any of the artwork is circular or has curves (type, shapes, etc.) they display as jagged when opened in Graphtec Studio.

As soon as I figure out how to post photos I will. Ask as many questions as you want!

Talked to a friend. Apparently with .dxf files, you have to tell it to arc? lines to not see this. (My cutter runs out of AI, but I am at his shop quite a few times a week and he runs Graphtec Studio, I just don't use his cutter, just his Roland Printer Cutter)

See if you can use another generic file type like .eps to also run the program.

If you have any issues, send me a file I will do it and run it through the program myself to give you a quick tutorial!

Email me at [email protected] for a quicker response.

Last night my computer shut down on me in the middle of replying to your first message, but that was a happy accident! Reading your newest message this morning, I saved my designs as .eps, and they worked PERFECTLY when opened in Graphtec Studio!

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. Will send you an additional message to follow up soon.
