MX jersey's templates

I'm new on this forum and I've read alot about dye sub printing.
My son is in a MX team and they need new jerseys. I'm a designer myself (print mostly) and of course they were looking for a volunteer to recreate the contest-winning design on the correct templates so it can be printed.
And here's my question, is there anyone willing to share or sell the cut-n-sew (?) template for an MX shirt, sied S to XXL? I know I'm asking for the holy grail here, but I'm not trying to be a rival to anyones business, most certainly not in the US!
Well that's about it, I hope someone can help me out here
