For the last number of weeks we have had a strange problem with our 1638 Mutoh. We try everything to fix it but we couldn't. Mutoh stepped up with the help of Coastal and replaced the printer today. They started the warranty over and said the will cover our ink and paper and time we used trying to fix it.
Both Mutoh and Coastal are First Class Companies.
We configured it with 8 colors CMYK orange and blue plus neon yellow and neon pink. We can offer more color than before now. Now we will work around the clock to catch up in the dye sub division.
