Multiple Size & Colours...Best Ecoomerce Software

If you sell designs with multiple shirt colours, imprint colours and/or sizes, what e-commerce software works best?....I am pressing shirts on demand so I can do any colour shirt (20+) and any size (6 sizes) and 2 colours of transfers (black or white)...So for example with Big Cartel I could end up with a drop down list of over 120 items to cover all sizes....

I use DecoNetwork but I would think on any ecommerce platform that you could have 2 separate drop downs for size and garment color.
That way you don't need to create 120+ options.
