Hi guys. A newbie here. I just wanted to ask how to do a multi color printing. I'm from the philippines. I saw on youtube the you can do multilayer prints without "letting the paint dry"? how can you do that? doesn't the ink will stick to your next screen and smudge the paint on the shirt? What kind of ink do i have to use? and what ink mixture best for this kind of work.

Please help. This will definitely help me do large number of shirts.

Sa pagkaka-alam ko, plastisol ink usually gamit nila.
Pwede kasi to wet on wet printing. Suggestion ko po Sir, maghanap ka at magbasa ng mga threads dito about plastisol ink.

Wet on wet tawag diyan. Sa process colors, waterbase o plastisol, wet on wet ang gamit. May ibang ink din sinadya pang wet on wet.

@ BroJames sir, ano po ba tingin nyong best ink for wet on wet? ok po ba aquasoft? or mas ok po plastisol. lalo na po kung printing on dark garments? sir, saan po ba loc nyo? baka naman pede po ako pumasyal minsan

OK naman Aquasoft for wet on wet. Hindi kasi ako gaano sa wet on wet at aqualsol lang nagamit ko sa waterbase pero leaning ako towards plastisol. Ewan ko lang sa iba kasi madalas ako may nababasang recommendation na imaster muna ang waterbase bago magplastisol pero sa akin mas madali ang plastisol from ink mixing to curing. And in general mas maganda ang kulay ng plastisol.

Sa spot colors, depende lang sa type ng weterbase at sa paggamit at OK din naman ang waterbase. May kanya kanyang advantages lang kaya kahit na mas bagay sa 2 platen setup ko ang plastisol hindi ko maiwanan ang waterbase.

Sa pasig pa ako at madaling aaw lang ako nakakaprint kung maaga ang gising. Sa tindahan lang sa araw kaya nakakapost ako.
