Hi,

I've recently invested in a 3d sublimation vacuum machine.

The problem I have is the silicone mug wraps keep splitting/breaking and I have no idea why.

At first we thought it was the machine as their were other faults with it so the company replaced it.

We went from 24 to 4 wraps in about a 6 print runs.

New machine and 8 new wraps and the same problem - we have reduced the temp to 180c and 10 minutes - yet still having the same issue.

Can someone help as this is getting expensive.

I've done that and they replaced some but having the same problems.

I just wanted to know if there was something we were doing that made them break.

I might try getting them from somewhere else and see how that goes.

Just a thought, How tight are you making them? Are they being stretched too much? High temperature and stretching the wraps may be causing the problem.
