Mug Sublimation not working

Hi
I have a pix-max 5 in 1machine
pix-max 11oz mugs
sublimation ink
sawgrass paper
and an Epsom wf-2510 printer with ciss
ive tried a load of settings but the image wont transfer onto mugs
any ideas as I'm banging my head against a wall

If you are pressing your mugs at 180c for 200 seconds and your getting nothing you ain't using sublimation ink.
It is either ...
Your ink is not dyesub (as stated above)
or
Your mugs are not coated for dyesub.
or
Your press is not getting hot enough to change the ink to a gas.

If the print on the paper looked ok then your press is not heating evenly, or the pressure is not correct, or your not pressing for long enough.
Are you using sublimation ink?

I am that’s what it says on the bottles
