I don't know the answer but it would be really easy for you to figure it out. I believe the mPower cartridges weigh 320 grams when full (I suggest you weigh a new one yourself to confirm because this is from memory and may be wrong). You know what the cartridges cost and what your shipping charges were so from there you can figure your cost per gram of ink.
Then, before your next print head clean, weigh all of your cartridges on a reasonably accurate digital scale (if you don't have one, you should be able to pick up a digital kitchen scale for around $20.00 which you should have anyway because the ink levels reported on the printer screen are not super accurate). Run your print head clean and then weigh your cartridges again.
Now you have all of the data you need to calculate your cost for the head clean.
