I'd love to see the pre-treatment set-ups you all are using -- especially those of you that are working out of your home. We have not started pre-treating yet, still working out the kinks of our MP5, but we're worried about the spray getting all over everything nearby. We'll probably set-up the pre-treatment in our garage, our printer is in our basement.

What do you all do to contain the spray? Do you heat-press to dry or hang to dry? What does your pre-treatment area look like? Would love to see some photos.

Make sure you test the pretreatment technique and then test again, as if you get that right, your prints will look amazing! :)

Our setup is just a small room with good ventilation and a flat table at a natural height to lay the shirts on. It doesn't have to be anything flash, just something thats comfortable for you to work in. We have a backing sheet against the wall to catch overspray, we are using a wagner sprayer as recommended by Anajet and are getting great results. We tried air drying first as it was more convenient for us, but now we are heatpressing to dry, then printing straight away. With air drying, the fibres don't flatten enough to give a solid white base, see this article for more in depth info: Digital Direct Pre-Treat | Printwear The heatpress area just looks wet :)

Hope that helps you somewhat, good luck!
