I am getting a close to perfect nozzle check except that I cannot get 1 drop of cyan to print. I have tried everything! Someone please help!

Post a photo of the nozzle check.

How's your capping station? Clean? Wiper blade really clean?
Here is a picture, white is not perfect (I don't think it's ever been perfect on this machine) but I am not getting any cyan at all. Maintenance station and wiper blade are both very clean.

Definitely some kind of clog.

Have you attempted a reverse waterfall?

Also, which model do you have? The MP5, or the MP5i?
MP5i ... and no, not sure what a reverse waterfall is??
Read this thread, and then feel free to ask questions there (or here):

When did you last get a good Cyan nozzle check? Did you visually inspect the cyan ink line to make sure there aren't any gaps?

Unless you let the printer sit for an extended length of time, it probably isn't clogged.

When a channel drops out in my mPower and it will not come back after a a few head cleans, usually running a 20 second print line fill followed by a print head clean all light will bring it back. If you have been running lots of print head cleans to try and get it back, I'd let the printer sit for 30 to 60 minutes and sometimes it will come back on its own.

Another thing you could try is to moisten a lint free cloth with isopropyl alcohol and then hold it flat against the cyan/magenta print head for 60 seconds. After that I would wipe the print head back to front with a lint free cloth moistened with cleaning fluid.

If u tried all of those things and still no luck, send me a pm. I will figure it out for u.
If at any time a color channel completely void of any ink: Check and reset head voltages. Should be around 21 ish or so...

I agree. Check the voltages. No ink will print out if a channel is at 0.

If print heads clog, its a gradual process. it shouldn't suddenly not print a single drop.
