Pricing varies depending on the amount of items in the job, your market, and how much you have invested in the job.
Figure out what you have invested in the job: mouse pad cost, ink cost, time, etc. and do a simple mark up.
We've done dye sublimation mouse pads before and usually charge around $8 - $10 for a single, 7.75" x 9.25" x 1/8" mouse pad. The price is different if they order a set.
I don't know how mouse pads would fare in DTG printing since the majority of them I've seen have been made of polyester, and you need as close to 100% cotton as possible for DTG. But there may be mouse pads out there that you can DTG print on. I wouldn't know.
