Wondering how to go about getting vector images for Mossy Oak, Realtree camo patterns. I am sure there must be a licensing process, but can't find any information about how to go about this. I see individual sign shops selling their vehicle / window graphics, so it must exist.

Thanks in advance for any assistance

Although I don't have the answer to your question about licensing I can tell you what we did.

We had a customer that wanted his truck wrapped in camo, mossy oak to be specific, so after looking at their files on the net and not wanting to go through a licensing fiasco, we took one of our digital cameras out to the wood took about 20 shots that looked like their graphics, came back home and made our own version.

Turned out great because all of the mossy oak we looked at the pattern reoccurred much too often for our taste, the pattern we made looks very much like mossy oak but doesn't reoccur or repeat as often.

Hope this helps.
Thanks that is very helpful. I didn't even consider making my own.

No problem.....LOL! one of the problems we had was that the woods we took the pictures at was loaded with ferns, when we did our first proofs for the customer he stated that he didn't like ferns or what them in his camo.....back to the wood for more shots without ferns. :)
Aurora Graphics has some pretty good looking camo patterns, scalable to truck size, and no copyright mumbo jumbo.

Yea, that's probably the way we are going to go. I am just hoping that the "name brand" doesn't become an issue. Some of these hunters are as bad about their camo brands as teen-age girls are about their Hollister / Abercrombie stuff!
I am looking for a window deal vinyl that is a Camo pattern. Does anyone know if this is available.
I am currently using EnduraGloss and Oracle 651. Just to give you an idea of what I am looking for.

Does it exists?
