more than 1 printer

HI GUYS CAN ANYONE HELP...

just got 2 new neoflex textile printers, set up 1 of them to the computer that already has a neoflex printer on it but i cant get them to print both at the same time, they are in 2 different usb ports, but when i send to print 1 will start to print but the other says spool done waiting for port.

can you help please...

RIP writer designed that way. One RIP for each NeoFlex.
This is why we send out RIP for each NeoFlex.

If you have 2 neos on one computer u can't print at same time. One goes first than the next has to go. Just get another laptop

Hi Frank, good to hear from you.

I think g.lupo got it right.

There is a later version of NeoRip Pro, not sure whether you have it (I don't just yet). I believe the new version supports printing to IP networked printers. I think this is a good way to go as it removes the problems of USB cables etc.

I don't know whether it will allow you to print to the two printers at the same time.

Laptops are quite cheap these days and might be your best bet in the end.
