Hello. I am trying to figure out how to take a normal color photo of a person and convert it into something like the image of George Costanza below:

I'm sorry if something similar has already been posted or if I didn't search hard enough. But honestly, I don't even know what that's called (monochrome?). The image I want should only have 2 colors (one for the dark areas and a light color for the lighter areas). Does anyone know of a good tutorial for this? Thanks in advance.

Try Image>Adjustments>Threshold
