Hello - just bought a business from an existing owner and my Mod1 has been doing OK... I say that because we have been through a lot up to this point just learning how to keep it clean, etc. today I am getting a blinking red light and a message in the MQM that says 'Printer Off' but everything is on. The computer is running windows 7 and I am unsure how outdated everything is. Help!
Is there a chance I can get in on this new information and software? The previous owner has kept running on Windows 7 and I am thinking I have reached the end of that road and have no clue what to do next.
