There's a few free options out there. Graphic burger dot com his some cools easy to edit tee designs under Mock-Ups. You just paste your design into a layer and it mocks up in a realistic way.

+1 for the Graphic Burger templates. If you give it a google, you'll find plenty of options. A lot of people still use uber flat or poorly photoshopped mockups, but it's so easy to generate very realistic looking mockups that there's very little good reason NOT to. Clients greatly appreciate being able to see what it will actually look like. IMO, it's well worth the extra 2 minutes of effort.
