i'm new but due this i would like to start with a ink and go on with that
i try some ink and i find mixopake/maxopake are really my taste

however due the fact i need to buy a complete color gamma (pantone) i would like to know if anybody test the new union not phthalates ink, called mixepake (or liberty)

if so any real differences from old mixopake with phthalates?

tnx and sorry for the question, maybe somebody feel this less important, but due the fact i'm starting i would like to go with one without phthalates

Hi KTV

Good question......and an important one.

Union's change to a "non-phthalate" formula for their Liberty Ink Series, has little (if any) impact on ink performance.

The new forumula simply changed the type of plastisol softener used.
So you still use the Mixo-pake guide, mix and print just like a Mixo-pake PantoneTM Color:
Page Title

Note that the effectiveness of using these inks requires not employing ANY other inks that have the CPSIA targeted phthalates in your print shop.

Note these inks are designed for printers of Babywear (i.e. "baby bibs", "sleepwear", etc.)

Feel free to P.M me if you'd like additional links to help in understanding this particular regulatory issue.

Happy trails!
