Hello all

I have a question, and I appreciate your help in advance

I have a small 24 piece job, 3 color front and back. The back design is large and cheaper to screen print, the front is a small left chest and doable via vinyl. Is it a viable option from a sales standpoint to do the screen print on the back and the vinyl on the front?

I am new to the htv stuff but I saw it as a good way to save $$

Thanks

To me, my personal opinion would be that it would be a lot easier and faster to screen print a small left chest print than it would be to cut, weed and the apply to a shirt. I am a home based printer, and work on smaller orders, but a 24 piece order would best fit my time schedule and budget by doing a screen print, even if it was only one color. Hope this helps. Aloha

thanks. my concern was is it ok gove a customer one if vinyl and 1 screen printed.

the vinyl cost would be much less based on the size and lack of screens etc.
I do it often, and never had a problem. Only do it when the htv portion of the design is very simple and cost/time effective.

You could put both front and back designs onto one screen, if you don't mind doing a clean up halfway through the job.
