Hello again. i have another color question. I need to mix Pantone inks, but i don't know how to do it. i was reading about the formula scales, has anyone used one of these before? if yes, how does it work? Is there any other ways to mix the colors without the scale, but still get an accurate color? Thanks for your help!

Speak to your ink supplier they should be able to supply you a formular book.
This will have formula for all the colours. In the Rutland giude I supply it gives formula by wieght to make 100grms. Just work out the amount you need and away you go.
Get a set of 6kg letter scales as the pantone ones are very expensive.
I used some in production for years and never needed anything else.
Also most ink manufactures will supply you with software, Rutland do the
M2000 software which is very easy to use and a great tool. You can run ink inventory, job costs custom formula ect.
