I have an order for 30+ shirts. Every 3 shirts will have a different name. So 10 names. I have always done HTV, but was looking into doing screenprints and want to get into that also eventually. Just not sure financially it is the time for my company. My question is would it be acceptable for me to contract out the shirts to a local screenprinter for the designs and logos and the add the employees name in HTV??

Yes. Screenprinters do that all the time. Print or have the artwork printed and then apply the name. If it's a namedrop into the artwork, you'll have to use a teflon sheet so the ink doesn't stick.
