Hello

We have a Mpower 10i, and we print just about every day on it, we get alot of miss pass on the CMYK on top of the white.. Any one knows how to fix this. ?

It seems like it's worse some times than others.. we have our printer at 60% hum. and we clean it everyday, we also use it everyday..



OK.. have no idea how to show pictures here, dont know if this works...

I have the print files, could someone with an Mpower try to print them. ?
They are PNG, 300DPI, RGB... which all my files always are.. i could email them, so we could se if they would print differently on yours.. Thanks.

Cleaned the entier encoder strip also?
Reboot the printer?

I Cleaned the incoder strip, that helped a bit, i afterwords cleaned the heads alot.. soaked a paper towel with cleaning fluid, and holded it on the whites for 2 min. afterwards it was gone.. also rebooted the printer... - will upload new pictures, we re-print this order tomorrow...,
