Do you have a minimum quantity for reorders and does it vary depending on the number of screens you have to register?

Have a client who is placing an order and wants to place more orders as he gets them. It's a 4-color print and am concerned that I could end up registering for a few shirts a week...just curious what's standard practice.

Give a price schedule for reorders by qty. That will stop that crap in a hurry.

Any reorder is a new job.

So if you think you will need more shirts soon, order more now and save a bunch of cash.

Or, order plastisol transfers. Higher per shirt cost, but better "reorder cost".

I recommend customers buy more upfront. Most people who claim they will reorder soon never do. Infact only 1 has in 2 years as a full time screen printer.

Educate the customer - most have no idea how much work it takes to set a job up. Once they do, they can make an educated decision.

Always a minimum order quantity, too. You'll go broke if you don't.
