I have printed about 3 different jobs already and all of a sudden i coat a screen set it for two hours to day. I place my images on the screen and burn with a 250w halogen flood light exactly 19" from the screen surface for about 13 to 15 min. when I go to wash out the emulsion nothing washes out as if I burned the screen for an hour and over exposed. But again I only exposed for 13 to 15 min.

I did the same process four times with the same outcome.
Thinking there was something wrong with my emulsion I want and bought a new quart and got the exact same results.......

I will admit I did not degrease the screen at all... (shame on me)

Could this be the problem?

Are your film positives definitely the same opacity as before? Have you tested some of the film that previously exposed fine?

How old is the emulsion? I had a similar situation recently. The problem was the emulsion was just too old. New emulsion and the problem was solved.
