Obviously, shirts get messed up in printing. In orders where there are hundreds of shirts, that aren't regular types/colors, what the best way to deal with shirts that get messed up? Take them off the client's bill? Re-order them? Order extras initially?

When I first started I ordered 2 extra shirts with each order. With random size orders this is hit and miss. I ordered 2 of the most common sizes in the order. I found later that giving your self a deadline far out enough to account for mistakes, it helps. I have had to reprint an entire order on a moments notice because spell check can't tell the difference between "By" and "Buy" I missed it and the client caught it right off the bat. I suggest trying to eliminate mistakes in the following ways.

1. Have the client pre-approve the artwork before burning to screens.
2. Print on Pellons and make all adjustments until the print looks exact.
3. Wash your hands constantly.
4. Watch for ink mishaps such as dirty squeegees etc.
5. Purchase a "Spot remover" gun. these are magic when it comes to small finger prints and other last minute "oops"
